Shipping Policy

At Arizona Foot & Wound Specialists, we take pride in delivering your order securely and on time. Below are our policies regarding order processing, delivery, and more:

 

Order Processing Time:

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 7 business days before shipping. We carefully package every product to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

 

Delivery Times:

Domestic Shipping: Please anticipate delivery within 7 to 14 days, though your order may arrive sooner depending on your location.

Delays: Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. We will do our best to keep you updated.

 

Shipping Fees:

We offer a flat shipping rate of $30 for all orders shipped within the continental U.S.

This rate covers up to 4 pairs of orthotics per order. If you’d like to purchase more than 4 pairs, please contact our clinic directly, as additional shipping charges will apply for multiple boxes.

All other foot care products can be bundled within the same shipment to help you get the most out of your $30 flat rate.

Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

 

Address Requirements:

Accurate Address: Ensure your address details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping addresses.
P.O. Box Policy: We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all orders.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we are only offering domestic (U.S.) shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options in the future.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor your package's progress.

 

Missing or Lost Packages:

In the rare event that a package goes missing, please contact us for assistance. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help locate your order.
