We reserve the right to limit sales of products or services on a case-by-case basis, to discontinue products at any time, and to adjust prices without prior notice.
Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payments through Square, which processes all major credit cards.
As our products are classified as medical equipment, we do not collect or charge sales tax on purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard U.S. shipping and process all orders within 7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Please anticipate delivery within 7 to 14 days, though your order may arrive sooner depending on your location.
Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and include photos of the damage. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
